The first five years were in insurance companies and the last nine in consultancy companies, focusing in Business Process Management and Enterprise Content Management solutions, in companies like Siemens, Portugal Telecom and Capgemini. At this moment, in Novabase, Pedro is the responsible for Process Automation, Process Improvement, Enterprise Content Management and Information Organisation and Access (IOA) competency centre, covering from strategy and roadmap to delivery and maintenance.</em></p>
